Flexible working hours, short decision making processes, individual part-time models and room for development are the basis of OBJECT CARPET's work. Anything else wouldn't fit our culture. A generous food allowance, daily fresh fruit and great coffee (or tea) for free also contribute to your well-being. And because work isn't everything: Our own team constantly organizes new events, activities and excursions. Often sports. We even have our own workout room for this.

How we work.

We don't think in terms of hierarchies and titles, have reduced them to a minimum and instead prefer to focus on how we can network even better within the team and across teams, help each other and learn from each other. This requires a high degree of responsibility, curiosity, decisiveness and independence from each individual. We promote communication and transparency through daily stand-up meetings - this way it is fun to get involved.
